Service Desk Agent

Location: Jakarta

As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customer. You will see that customer service is provided according to highest possible standards. You will ensure that proper escalation procedures are followed to 2nd level support. You will propose structural improvements to the internal process and systems. You will directly report to the Service Desk Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer service provisioning according to the highest possible standard
  • Ensure proper escalation procedures are followed to 2nd level support
  • Propose changes and improvements to internal process and systems

Requirements

  • You have proven experience in as a customer service representative
  • You are computer literate
  • You possess good English speaking and - writing skills
  • You are a no-nonsense, hard-working, “get-on-with-the-job” type of person
